    several people @ tdi in 2004. catchpole said it was my prolex-uk flywheel which caused an imbalance.............however it was a blocked oil gallary (the ex-tdi employee told me..........which i put to catchpole) catchpole then said he'd rebuild and reimburse my costs without admitting liability

    Didnt he build one for Prolex in the old days? Nope...said the block was to narrow.............BTW it ran its bearings within 1500 miles.........was rebuilt for free and my labour costs reimbursed Dave Reads will just be the crank...............cars without uprated rods & pisstons will get that as well

    can the uni chip control your injectors ? If not I'd say its a waste of time...............

    looking at 1.2 to 1.3 bar way we have done it it will bolt straight into the TTE cradle and connect up to your pipework......... you just need my PE injectors and e-manage and off you go (this combination works BTW)

    Hi Adie , yes i still have the v-pro , and i did have starting issues , and Tdi removed the warning lights in the dash ! Did they tell you they had removed the ECU warning light ? Thats outrageous Hi Dave , yes they did tell me they had removed the warning light , they said it didnt matter ! Wow...........so something unrelated to the work they did could be taking place and you'd be none the wiser................not very professional.......... Raj sarin was told the ecu light etc coming on was the ECU self learning.............which again was nonsense

    I'll not be passing the 2.5% cut on for sure.............the £ has dropped against the yen (was 195 not so long ago now 149) that margins have been slashed to almost nothing

    like the induction kit ...well away from the hot air of the zorst..the oem scoop is directing air to it as well Nice to see a proper dyno graph as well

    Looking at 1.3 bar with the full kit that with the 2.2 stroker kit/head/manifold blah de blah should be knocking on the door of 400 bhp (flywheel)...well barging in and asking for a cup of tea

    Will also suit N/A cars...looks like exhaust valve can be 1 mm larger (which is a lot) Heads will also be ported & polished Also will have the 2.2 stroker kit ready about the same time which should be a beast (comes with uprated rods & pistons) For 2010 will be a new intake manifold with throttle bodies
