  1. You DO really need a 3 button master key, if you have a master key then you are able to make spare keys.
  2. Nice motor mate!- I had a test drive in a 2010 ISF on the weekend.
  3. Welcome to the club- the IS300 is a nice car. Get some pics up mate.
  4. Yeah, I did notice that there was a wedding going on as well as the Lexus event!
  5. The ISF was my favourite (and I would get one if I had the cash), but I reality, I'd probably buy the GS450h (not keen on the IS250 and the IS250C is too slow for my liking- guess it weighs a lot with the fold down roof). That LS600h is no slouch either! It wasn't really busy. You could drive each car for up to 30 mins- there was a long queue of people to test the ISF- I guess that's to be expected.
  6. I got invited to the Lexus Open Road event at De Vere Oulton Hall, Leeds yesterday. I intended to only to test drive the GS450h, IS250 saloon and ISF, but I ended up testing driving most of the Lexus range. Pics below (Beware there are a lot of pics!): De Vere Oulton Hall, near Leeds: GS450h (this is one fast car): IS250: ISF (I thought the GS450h was fast, but this blew that out of the water!): Me about to take the ISF out for a drive: RX450h: Hybrid engine of the RX: LS600h (lwb): Dials of the LS: Hope you like the pics Kam
  7. kam did you the tracking settings done at there garage or did they email them to you to have done at a garage near you ? if so could you email them to me please keith WIM set up my geometry mate- I drove from West Yorkshire to WIM (400 mile round trip) to have the geometry set. Take it to WIM, you won't regret it.

    Which Wheels

Team Dynamics- these are the ones I'd go for.
  9. Blank keys off ebay are fine, mate- the blades are a little long (meaning the key will stick out a bit more than the original key). You can also get 2nd hand fobs off ebay as well- you just gotta keep a eye out. There are instructions on the forum somewhere on how to program the keys- do a search and all will be revealed.
  10. Lexus- should only cost a few quid.
  11. Well if you want a decent/quality kit that fit properly and looks good, then go to the dealers and buy the genuine item. Otherwise there are plenty of rubbish (non-genuine) kits on the market that are badly made and won't fit properly- choice is yours.
  12. Go to your Lexus dealer- they will be able to supply a bodykit- spoilers, sideskirts etc. Think they are called the TTE/TRD bodykit.
  13. It's changed mate, needs replacing every 60k/6 years (whichever comes first). Why has it changed? A few cambelts on the IS200's have snapped before getting to 100k/10 years. Play it safe and get the cambelt changed every 60k/6 years.
  14. Lexynik- this is a private matter between you and WIM, may I suggest you keep it off a public forum.
  15. As Shahz says- WIM do an excellent job (and I have recommended them to a few friends) and I am one of their happy customers. Speak to WIM directly, I'm sure Tony will go out of his way to put things right.
  16. You need a CR1616 battery- get one off ebay. Undo the screw at the back of the key and pop the cover off. Then take the transponder out. There are a further 3 screws on the transponder itself, undo these as well and pop the cover off. Here you will see the battery. Take the old battery and re-fit all the items you removed.
  17. The listing states it's for a IS200- the seller doesn't know what he is selling as far as I am concerned.
  18. FSH= Full Service History (Service stamps and invoices for servicing/repair work carried out on the car)
  19. It's a sat nav screen for the IS250- it won't fit a IS200. It's damaaged as well- whose going to pay £200 for a damaged sat nav screen??? Not me.
  20. Best to use Denso or NGK plugs with the Toyota engines- they don't like Bosch plugs for some reason.
  21. I think you tap out the damaged one (out of the hub) and fit the new one? It should be safe to drive the car on 4 studs (but its a MOT failure if you have a snapped stud).
  22. could also be the droplinks?
  23. Lexus Birmingham's ebay shop do them- £41 + p&p.
  24. Cick me Some pics of my upgraded dome and other interior lights.
