I think this is similar to something I saw this on some tv show and all they did was invert the picture and then you could clearly see the registration

looks like the spray draws a white box over the plate and does it badly as in the pic

plus it'll only work with gatso as they're the only ones that use a flash. truvelo and specs dont so you'll still be vunarable

I saw this aswell only trouble is by law when they alter the image they cant do you for speeding !! So expect to be taken to court and have the book thrown at you so they can recover all costs and punish you for making yourself unavailable to procecution.
