Hi All,

Just got my Lexus IS 250 SE 2007 on Wednesday, having had many VW's and Audi's previously this was a bit of a change. The refinement is so good and the level of gadgets for a 10 year old car is extraordinary, ride is great, however, I am just about getting the hang of the auto box (had manual 2.0T petrol engines before and missing the power delivery of lighter cars).

 Hello and a warm welcome to the forum.  What a lovely looking lexus you have there. 

The IS250 is a fantastic car. By far the best I've ever owned. So comfortable and quiet and its got all the toys you will ever need.

I'm a bit surprised you say your missing the power delivery of lighter cars. I find the 250 has heaps of power on tap.
