Alarm

Thanks Colin ours went off for no apparent reason last night first at about 8.30pm and again just after midnight. We were at home to turn it off but just wondered if we had not been there, how long it would have been going for. Lexus dealer is about 45min drive from us and could be a problem if I had to leave it there, although we do have approved warranty. Service is not due until April so I will see if it becomes a regular problem or was just a one off before booking it in.

If you have any likely causes would appreciate the info

Thanks Norman

Maybe a spider or moth.

Interesting when I was cleaning the car out today I found a small moth sitting on the Dash, seems very small to trigger the alarm though. But it hasn't gone off since I removed it 😂

Check for snakes under the seat 🐍

You may jest, but having spent 27yrs in Australia it wouldn't be the first time I had found a snake in a vehicle. Of course it was me setting the motion sensor off then 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️

Happily it is all back to normal so I guess it was the Moth after all lol!

Thanks for the help
