Due to my age on my Premier CT200 I use the presets for the driver's seat adjustment but it seems when I have stopped and selected park and I want to lower the seat and for it to go back so I can get out with my dodgy hips, I have to open the driver's door first otherwise the preset buttons do not work.  Any help would be much appreciated.

The 2018 is a facelift compared to the one we have so why it is different is not for me to know. Can sit in the chair and chose any of the 3 possibilities for seat adjustment we have; nr. 1 for my wife, nr. 2 for me and nr. 3 for getting out of the car easy.

Ask your Lexus service. Maybe one can find a way to adjust the very many possibilities to pre-set the multitude of things in the cars.
