And This Is Why

Recommended Posts

Considering that the lexus is rated as almost 100% secure - hard to believe - still maybe, finally the impossible is now possible. Lets see who else can say that they have had there's stolen ?

He must be gutted, I know i would be!!!

These people need to learn not to mess with other peoples pride and joys.

Everytime they get caught the police should be able to cut their fingers off, and then the rest of the hands, and if they still persist in nicking stuff chop their bl**dy feet off!

Sorry, off me soapbox now!!!!

Locked my key in the boot before (just when I had moved house) and couldn't find the spare keys. Called around some locksmiths who all said something like "you'd be better off just smashing a window, than calling us" :yack:

I was thinking of doing that, but found the key just in time!!

The ANWB / ADAC / RAC people can just get them open in a jiffy

Of course then they'll not be able to start it, but still someone could probably hotwire it, though it is more complicated with modern cars.

Cheers,

RX-Men-8

P.S. What a sad sight, that burned IS Carcass :crybaby:

Do ya think it'll polish out?!

They really should install harsh punishments for theft IMO, if someone has worked hard for something, and you take it away, that makes you absolute scum.

Hang the little scrotes for doing that to an IS (specially yellow :P)!!

Stu :driving:

Q: If the RAC etc open the car - once past the deadlock system? ..doesnt the Alarm go off? even if you smash window? - so if they get into the car its screaming and then you cant hotwire because of the immobiliser system ?

Also the barrel system is in the dash not steering lock?, so even if you break the steering lock the barrel still needs to be got at.?

I still think he didnt lock it correctly? or an insider job?
