Lexus theft response

What a surprise; call from dealer yesterday cancelling appointment to fit protection plate. Reason- they don’t exist unless you have an RX or NX. Add in the fact that the Lexus + app has not worked properly since about October 23 and my conclusion is that Lexus just do not care.

Sorry but it shouldn’t be a surprise at all… as noted in the Lexus statement, and as others have shared in this thread, only the RX has a protection plate currently. I know it’s not great having a vulnerable car, but Lexus was rather clear a solution wasn’t yet available.

I had also noticed that April had changed to "coming weeks".  A bit of a worry.
