Silicone.

Dobedo took his apart and colour coded his. B)

the rear fogs too?!

my rear fogs came colour coded :whistling:

rear lights were cut apart and then siliconed back together

not the easiest job to get apart, as it is a case of cutting through the plastic lens,.....one little mistake and there knackered :duh:

front fogs were seperated using the heat method, then heated up again to stick back with a little extra silicone to seal up

rear lights and colour coded fogs

front fogs

UKAZN (alex) modded his rear lights a bit more than that! lol.

He removed the plexiglass cover, sprayed them matt black, only replacing the glass over the indicator/reversing lights. then using LED's had them as the brake lights etc. looked great having a 3D look to the rears and unlike all the nova's!

How about we get a "lexus light" company to make something different for us!!!

Unless you use the FEIN multi tool  :winky:

does that mean you dont need to heat them up using that steve ;)

the rears should not be attempted to be heated up !!!

use the fein tool to cut the plastic

the fronts will seperate with heat

we still need to take a mold of the red light part and make a recessed well for each of the led's. that way after its been plastic chromed it will reflect more of the red light i think.

i've already got about 30 odd leds in there but i reckon i gonna need a whole lot more and that are a whole lot brighter. thing is i may need to find another set of rears to get the red lens bit out so i can drill new wholes for the extra leds.
