I'm hopeful to have a container load of tuning gear for the 1G-GTE ENGINE THAT USED TO BE IN THE JZA70 supras....coming soon..........

talking forged pistons/rods

vvti less uprated camshafts

uprated heads

all by messrs HKS & co............

call me the 1G meister  :D

How do you plan the 300+bhp - is it with a turbo?

And will a converted engine be able to increase the redline?

Seems I opened a can of worms!!! We had a serious 3S vs 1G vote here bit it seems the thread is leaning towards the 1G. Hmmm B)

Hey Dave, if I can acheive my HP goals (or come close) with the 1G then I'd happily go that route and save myself the hassle of an engine swap. :whistling:

So keep us all posted! :driving:

I suggest you await the dyno figures for the turbo conversion...

guys come up with some tasty 430cc injectors and a 1.6mm metal head gasket so far..

need to check the thickness of the OEM one...need to work out what boost we can run then... :winky: getting exciting but wallet damaging

@iceman.....we can trial fit a turbo kit to a UK car before shipping to you so 80% of work is done....you need a good rolling road chap to fit and map the greddy ECU.....email me me as before to chat :winky:
