Rang Lexus Teeside today and spoke to Matthew in Parts. He really was a great guy to deal with. :D

He quoted me the same price as Chris.S for the headlights and rear lights. It may have been a pricing mistake you benefitted from then Jasper?

Got the really dark chrome ones. The fogs were quit expensive because you need different bulbs and wiring.

I ordered them anyway becuase I didn't want to mess Chris.S about anymore. Sorry Chris owe you an apology!

Only been a memeber a few days and can i just say, what an interesting forum compared to toyotagtturbo.com that i used to be a member of. Just been reading the previous replys in this topic.

Well I have a Lexus IS200 SE and am I right in thinking that if I call Lexus Teeside and ask for that guy, I can get each headlight £63.36, so a total of £126.72 including vat and delivery to my door, that right? That really is a great price seeing as though prolex want like £360. I assume that Teesides prices will be different to my local Lexus Dealer in Bracknell?

Do you have a contact number and full name of this guy I need to ask for? They take payment over the phone?

no mate, if you read the post above it has been found the headlight price of £63 was a mistake, they mixed it up with the rear lights.

The JDM units that Prolex are selling are completely different to the 2004 spec lights that you are getting for ~ £186 - the JDM one's are black - these are gold - and they are extremely rare in the UK.

The JDM spec one's also don't have the motor for the light unit. and they add a purplish tinge to the light output :)
