Smoked Rear Fog Lights

Thought I'd show you all these new rear fogs I've just fitted today. Not the usual clear ones that you see, but Smoked.

I'd thought about changing the standard red fogs, and I'd seen the clear ones on a blue Lex, but they just seemed too "bright" and didn't fit in with the OEM smoked rear light clusters. Then the other week I spotted these Smoked ones on eBay US..........I think they look about right??

The seller was spot on, 3 emails telling me payment (via Paypal of course)had been received, that my lights were on their way, and finally that feedback had been left for me. They arrived about 7 days later, and the best bit was that including postage, they only cost $39.95 or £22.80.........and we all know how much sellers on eBay UK want for clear ones!!!!

The lights do come with red bulds which are okay, but I will probably change them for LED's at some point. Also worth a mention is that you do need to file the tabs where the buld holder fits onto them, a 5 minute job from start to finish.

Look smart, just changed out the lights on mine for smoked & a set of these would be the finishing touch. Did the guy you bought them from have a web site or was it a one of sale.

Yes you will need to file down the lugs at the back of the light. 5 min job.

I have LED bulbs in my clear fogs, they are invisible when the lights are off but light up like an Xmas tree when lit up!

Hey guys. I'm pretty keen to get my hands on some of these smoked lights too. I've tried looking through fleabay but nothing comes up. I've tried googling but again, no joy. These lights look great, why are they so difficult to source? Can anyone offer inspiration as to where to go shopping for them?
