Im new to the LOC, ive been waiting to get my lexus for fours years now, was driving a 98 avensis before so i wanted to upgrade to something better so my new IS220D base model is coming on the 8th, i am proad to be part of the lexus members club its a long time comming.

i spoke to my dealer on thursday he said i was one of the last ones to get hold of my car as theres a 6 month waiting period now.

althrough i was a bit disappoint as the base model does not have electric or heated seats but a lexus is a lexus.

Don't worry about it being a base model mate.. It's still a Lexus :winky: My IS 200 is a base model too. But you wont find many better than mine in the country :P :winky:

Hi there. My IS200 was the base model but it didn't look it once I'd put on better alloys, tints, drilled/slotted brakes, painted the brake calipers, fitted a huge exhaust.....etc... :D
