Get to 10% bf @ 230-240lbs (got a dietian, nutritionist and 2 national level BB on board now to help). This is allow me to be a lot better conditioned hence

increasing my modelling portfolio.

Buy 1st property as well.

Gain my Godan (2nd dan) in Ninjitsu.
