I used the Allan Carrs "EASYWAY TO QUIT SMOKING" and it works. I gave up over 2 months ago now, and haven't missed smoking one little bit.

Can't recommend that book enough!

Well basically he just points out what we already know. That you have nothing to loose by giving up and everything to gain.

Its just the way that he does it that makes you see the sense and understand what he is trying to say.

The book does waffle on a bit, but its well worth sticking with - trust me!

Me either, except this one time, with this blonde I knew (yeah okay I fancied her ) and I let her smoke in the car, out of the window.

As we were going quite fast the window was only slighty open to stop the ash flying back in the car, but of course she caught the pillar and burnt away some of the felt.

I used a wire suede brush with brilliant results, to re-fuzz the felt on the pillar, and now you'd never know without looking specifically that there was any damage at all. The wirey brush I have found since then has been great for many upholstery restoring missions :P

Mine has a few marks....not from me as i dont smoke in the car (much anyway)

Not sure if the wire brush would work (light interior) but might try it.
