Hi my lex has the standard alloys on but thay look a lot better than my mates factory wheels :P having a closer look my wheels are diamond cut is this standrad or has someone refurbed my wheels in the past? i know diamond cutting is expensive had experiance of diamond cutting a lot in my bmw days with the best wheels you can get for the e30 rh toplines!!! anyways the guy who used to do my wheels has closed down and dont know anyone else who does them does anyone know where i can get them done from and how much.

I got mine done from Auto Image in Edinburgh who sent them away to Englandshire.

Cost me £80 a wheel.

But man its worth it.

My rims look better than my bloody car at the moment.

not being silly but how can you 'tell' if they have been diamond cut?

what does the diamond cut finish offer over normal finish and how does that all compare to powder coating??

diamond cut wheels refelect the light in a different way and looks wicked esp when the sun shines on it in my opinion is the best finsh to most wheel's you can tell if the wheel is diamond cut if you look close at it it will have very fine lines like a cd but the down side is that it dont last long as powder coating and other finishes and is the most expensive finsh to the wheel and only some places to them
