A quick question for crew with the knowledge, there is a set of pi lowering springs for sale that i might be interested in, they lower the car by 35mm, has anyone had any experience with these on a lex and are they worth purchasing :)

Hello Tuff mate how are you mate? :)

Its a shame you posted this today mate as you could of had my APEXi springs as i'm going for a set of coilovers but think another member is having them, had a pm this morning? if not i'll let you know?

I looked at the PI springs but wasn't sure about them as i could'nt find out much about them on an is200 as long as your shock absorbers are in good condition i cant see why they would'nt be ok as mine needed new shocks all round and bounces around like a kangaroo on speed? :whistling: but do look very goodon the car=

Chris... :)

A few guys on here in the past have had the PI springs and not had any problems at all. there are a few threads around asking about them too. If its a very good price then get them mate. Or you could go for the Eibach / TTE springs but they only lower the car -30mm. But a excellent springs :winky:

If he doesn't have the springs mate i'll give you a shout as there good springs and would be a waste to leave them in the shed?

I got PI's on the Lex (now the Mrs car) and can't fault them. Handling improved over the standard sport springs and the drop is fine. Bit softer than the coilovers on the Tezza, the back hangs low with a bit of a load on.
