I'm glad mine is in standard guise, the autobox selector is the worst of taste!

Nearly managed to buy this one last night was either going to repair or break but outbid by £18.99!!!

Certainly not my cup of tea but it looks to have been done quite well.....

It never ceases to amaze me that people try to sell cars on eBay with a dodgy picture taken in the dark on a cheap camera phone, how can anyone really see the car, especially a modified one...

And one more thing while I'm on here moaning, how many times do you see ..... aircon JUST needs regassing....... I have never met an aircon that JUST needed regassing.... why did the gas escape..... I know sometimes it needs topping up but no gas is usually because of a hole in the system somewhere.... if it does just need regassing why don't people do it BEFORE they sell the car????

Good point Haylands. Its a good question to ask why it has escpaed. A re-gass cost £45 from kwik fit. But beware its not a leak somewhere in the system. O rings can be placed cheap but a punctured condenser or leaking pipe, or evap can be expensive

yep this is the 3rd time ive seen this car advertised in the past 1 n half years,by 3 different owners last one was in carisle if i mind right and sold for £2000 on eBay

I can imagine the insurance company's gasp when they hear the list of modifications you have to reel off and then they decline you cover!!!

It probably has more service history for the body kit than the car itself.

If anyone buys the car and decides to replace with the original I'd be interested in doing a deal.

I also think the whole car is classy - and would buy it myself if only I had the cash. Particularly like the flame on the bonnet.

Can you just imagine the envy from all your work colleagues and boss as you pull up in the car park and park it next to the bosses LS430 in Maroon with cream leather, stock Multimedia and no body kit. They'll all wonder just why the boss wasted all his money on that when he could have had this car instead. No doubt boss would be pestering you within minutes to swap.
