Bonnet Struts

I've seen quite alot of lexus with bonnet struts, but it'll be nice to see one close up (or even a short walkthrough to setting them up). Where they are connect to and what is needed that is extra. Will any bonnet struts work or is there a particular length? Why does it always rain when im in a middle of doing a job on my car!!!

Mine are here mate. They come as a kit with everything you need to install them. Takes around 15mins to. We did Snowmans at a meet once, so really easy. Not seen any other chrome ones though.

Cheers for the images Lee! So even the brackets came with the struts from prolex? Did you have to drill a hole for the angle brackets (ones located at the car frame?) I also noticed that with struts, one end contains the gas (i think thats whats inside) while the other end is the rod...does it matter which way round they go, is there a rule of the thumb so to speak? Oh do we get discount from you prolex?

All holes are already there. And you normally put them with the gas at the top like lee has, they just fit better i think.
