Blue Dots Under My Name?

call me dim and slap me with a fish called mary,but why and what are the two little blue dotts under my name now? there where not there when i started.iv tried looking at other peoples and cant seem to make a pattern to why.HELP PLEASE

The ones at the bottom are for warnings you get on the club when you have a full house your BANNED :) Well i think there for that but i've never had any so not sure :D

0% = No warnings, the dots change colour if you get a warning.
