Best Spark Plugs And Oil Filter

hi my car is due for a service and i wanted to know what spark plugs and oil filters to buy, i usually go to my local unity motors and take what they give me- which i believe to be cheaper bits.

Also whats the best oil to get?

I say best but i dont want to spend £100 per spark plug i mean best overall taking into consideration on performance and price.

I'd say Denso IK20 spark plugs (higher performance but shorter life than the OEM plugs, and actually cheaper than them too) but I don't see any reason to move away from the standard Toyota oil filter.

As for oil, that's a whole subject in itself, but fully synthetic would be best. As for the viscosity, well that's where the debate comes in. I've got 5W30.
