I was at a driftday yesterday and i had a big off, got off lighlty tho (No panel damage)

Heres a few pics i got of mines and Asi's car

Heres what my car looked like after i went through a gate and some tyres, i also lost the rear section of my axhaust

I stitched my car back up and headed out again, this time my back bumper suffered some death, not due to tyres but because my exhaust wasnt there the heat produced up behind my rear bumper was enough to melt it and make it bend back on itself :( I quickly managed to bend it back but it has a big crease in it and doesnt line up properly, also snapped my rear skirt

Front bumper is repairable im sure, any1 think the rear can be made decent with some heat?

Im also on the lookout for a rear section/backbox if anyone knows of any for sale, are the rear sections on the Altezza the same as the IS?

Yeah i managed to link up the 3rd and 2nd last corners into 1 big drift but due to lack of power i had to carry speeds of around 100mph, i done it perfectly 2wice then on the 3rd time i spun when changing direction, i hit the red metal gates and some tyres behind it lol

I should be able to source a bumper easily enough (not in yellow tho :( ) lol, if any1 knows of a good aftermarket exhaust for sale let me know please :) if a standard 1 fits urs may be a temporary answer Asi, ill let u know.

Exhaust is my main priority as i dnt wanna melt another bumper

Iv got a week of work next week so with a bit of luck (and some cashmonies) i shud be rolling around again next week..maybe!

are you thinking to source a front bumper??? if you are then i want one aswell hehe.

rear bumper shouldnt be much of a prob as a breaker should have one just the lip that would cost alot.

well if the exhaust is the same let me know more than happy to give it to you mate.

Those pics make me sad :crybaby:

Front bumper doesn't look too bad (and thankfully so as it must be a pain to get one of those) - I would have thought you'll need a new bumper on the rear though

Sorry to see you have got some drift scars there, hope you sort it soon !

How does the Altezza handle while drifting ?

Have you got any pics or vids ?

Ill get some pics for u when i get back onto my own pc m8, it didnt hadle to well with the suspension on it i had but since fitting coilovers it handles like a dream, need to raise it a bit at the front tho as my tyres were rubbing the arch when sliding on full lock, the only thing i reckon the Altezza lacks is power, id love to drift 1 with more power than mines, ideally if i had enough money id tubby or charge it and see how it went, but lacks of funds prevent me from these god things :( lol

I reckon the rear bumpers a gone'f but the from shud be ok with a small repair and some paint, 1 sideskirt needs painted and sealed back on too... Does any1 have a rough idea what sorta price im looking at to get a new rear lip?

Nice pics !

CrailDriftdayJune20093.jpg

Is that on standard suspension? Looks like you have got a lot of lean on it there.

crail39.png

Is this a Supercharged Sport or SE ?

How did this handle ?

Yea that was in june/July before i got my coilovers, it was running on TRD shocks and springs

Im not sure what model Asi's car is but it is a 'Charged one, has the sport Diff fitted and handled pretty well, could do with being a little stiffer!
