unless your going for coilovers the biggest drop you can do is 50mm and thats if you can find those springs....

mine is dropped 100mm at the rear and 90mm front with no rubbing....and no real change in comfort..

Im to get Eibach springs -30mm, think few is200/300 owners got them fitted, -30mm not the lowest or to some people not low enough but noticeble if you want really low then coil over is best option, i had eibachs fitted on my last 2 cars very pleased with them, doesnt affect ride comfort maybe unoticeble but noticeble it handles better round the bends thats why i be getting the brand again ! not sure of Tein, gmax or Pi as such...

Sorry to hijack this a bit, but its all on the same subject...

On the specs for the springs where it says -30mm etc. is that 30mm lower than the standard version? ie. do I have to take off 15mm because I have the sport, making it a -15mm spring?

If u read through one of the topics i opened u'l prob pick up a few things. Id the same idea, needed to lower the car on the aero rims, but without loosing the confort r rubbing. Conclusion: the best springs are def eibach, ive a set in an avensis an neva any bother even after 50k but lik one of the guys said biggest drop u can get is 30mm which is useless idf ur cars a sport as irt only actually dropps 15mm :(

Yep on a sport a -30mm is only -15mm drop not really worth if you paying all that money for a princely drop of -15mm, i got my eibach 2nd hand as it didnt lower the car enough for the last owner lol, however thre are springs out there lower the ca say -45mm, -60mm as was told standard shocks can be used,!! but i wont risk it causing lower life of the shocks.
