Hello and welcome to the LOC.

1st question, is the servicing up to date?

2nd question, are there any warning lights on?

A possible cause could be the throttle body needs cleaning, cheap and fairly easy to do but there are lots of other causes.

well it was recently acquired the servicing is is not up to date #1,the vehicle have no warning lights #2 but you could be correct about the throttle body because i took of the air box and looked in the throttle body and it was really black!!!
