There are many cars with out-of-this-world looks (E-Type, GT-R, W126 SEC AMG etc..) but there is one that brings a smile on my face every time i see it:

So many great looking cars but I think older cars pre computer designed lookalikes were some of the best.

1965 Alvis TF convertible was a lovely looking car but the Fiat 130 coupe 1971 was not only a fantastic looker but was also extremely well equipped. Pininfarina have always said it is one of the best they have put their name to.

Oh that brings back many many happy memories. I had a Yellow one(not manufactures paint) you felt like the Bees knees in it. I also had an 8 Track Cartridge machine which at the time delivered amazing quality sound on the move.

Took my gal up to The Cotswolds for a long weekend a couple of weeks back (35th Wedding Anniversary). There was a Jag enthusiasts meeting at our hotel.

Got chatting with the owner of this car from Kent. Smashing chap...didn't know me from Adam....but he took me for a half hour spin in this car. Wow!!! That thing really shifted and the torque was amazing. Sat in 5th at 35mph....he just gently squeezed the throttle and in next to no time we were doing 100mph!

Have to admit the looks are just gorgeous.

So many to choose from: Traction Avant, DS, SM from when Citroen was a briliant company. P1800 for sure. Jaguar XJ12C - William Town's best design.

But as a car that made me ache with want for so many years, it's this one:

I love the Aurelia b20 coupe...I also think in a different level things like original willys jeep and three door range rover have an intrinsic functional beauty....nothing could be added or taken away from either of them to improve their look!!

I also like the Willys, perhaps because of the historical significance. Some good suggestions but nothing to match the Aurelia, in my opinion . This one for sale on eBay,
