    Role lorry driver (big lorrys lol) driver for THE REAL MCKAYS What I do drive lorrys :winky: land fish from boats and deliver all over from the north of scotland to the south of cough cough england lol and france,denmark,holland Area Located the world lol based at buckie n.e scotland, yards in peterhead and aberdeen Help to members ? no unless u like fish main areas i work /deliver to are buckie,fraserburgh,peterhead,aberdeen edinburgh glasgow ayr north shields immingham grimsby fleetwood manchester liverpool plymouth just to name a few

    i had this problem on a mk2 ls400 i had a while ago ie no illumination on radio or air con (annoying at night time) i also had the blinky dash syndrome, i sorted the blinky dash prob myself with 2new caps and at the same time it sorted the radio and aircon lights woohoo bonus lol so i would say its more than likely the caps as cant see all the bulbs in the radio and aircon display all going at once

    well the mrs calls me a air head sometimes so aye it must clear the head as i drive for a living lol yep know wot u mean by the driving and clearin head, im going through a tricky time with mrs in hospital and a good drive here there and everywhere does the trick GO FOR IT MATE drive down n pik it up, nice drive down A1(watching for the numerous gatsos) been caught few times in the past in the lorry, and better drive back up with ur bumper n spoiler nxt to you

    lol i was going to ask same question as when i went GOLD (woohoo hehe) the other day nxt time i logged on the layout had changed but with trial n error eventually found the the option settings, must say was not liking having to click on each posting

    i can do edinburgh to doncaster which is a stones throw from rotherham in just over 4hrs 30mins in a lorry so id say in a car 4hrs but as other posts say cheaper getting a courier, im up and down that way quite often well passing by anyway but never sure on what day or time ie nite or day pity as i cud of got it picked up for u but it be quikker with courier mate

    £35 for a top idle pulley(one nxt to water pump) from toyota, ive a 4ltr soarer (1992 and same engine as ur ls400)as well as my mk4 ls400 and had the same problem of noise, went to take it off and replace and fekn snapped bolt in engine now have to dismantle whole front of car to gain enough access to drill out, so be careful ive the part number some where but to late at night to go rackin about n wake everybody up lol

    on the ls400 the fuel tank is in the boot behind rear seats, open boot remove trim and the tanks in front of u the's about 8 screws to remove sender unit and syphoning is a lot easier, i believe the lexus's have a anti syphon system in place hence the reason i syphoned the fuel out of the sender unit hole after trying for ages to extract the fuel in a old ls400 i had before scrappin it. personally i would let a garage see to ur problem in case the system is contaminated. best of luck mate

    lol i was drivin up fae aberdeen on wednesday up to peterhead and just as i came off the last roundabout at ellon the road was whited out with hail stones, HUSKYS N SLEDGES at the ready

    i have 7 tats (6 on arms 1 on leg), most where done whilst i was serving in the army, kind of typical suaddie thing to do lol, still thinking of getting 2 more, large one on back and small one on neck, most painful one(done in saudi)was my smallest one on wrist think tat man dug too deep and hit bone :tsktsk:, funny but that was the last one i got done(big girls blouse that i am but tears came to my eyes that day )

    thes a ls400 in the adam sandler movie ANGER MANAGEMENT with jack nicolson, jack gets his rangerover blocked in by a ls400 on the roof of a multi storey car park, so smashes the LS's window releases the handbrake and reverses his rangerover(or Discovery canna mind now) into the LS and pushes it off the roof of the multi, LOL good call on title of film lol
