    Just signed up for a new contract and have gone for the phone in title (not sure on real name ).i know some of you are well up on your phones and wanted some input as to how good it is before i pick it up on Monday ,any other suggestions would be good . TITLE SHOULD READ LIKE THE PRADA PHONE

    if you change your mind i know of a nice gs300 sport thats for sale good value to :P ,both great cars .I would drive both first as they are very different to drive .petrol consumption is very different to as you will average 26 mpg with the gs and will struggle for 20 in the ls .as for performance there will not be a lot in it apart from the corners were the gs300 sport will be stiffer . good luck

    you can use the aircon with the heat on it will help take away condensation etc in the winter ,are you sure the other thing is a button not a senser of some sort

    thanks for all the replies ,looked at a 430 (fantastic car to drive ,miles away from the mk1 in every way ) on wednesday but sadly thier just was not enough room in back for two large kids and a baby ,the baby seat just takes up to much room .love the cars but will have to wait a few years before buying one . have bought a toyota landcruiser colorado vx ,very different to what i have but not quite a people carrier ,needs must and all that .not far from being a lexus really and will hopefully be as reliable etc .

    i have had dealings with two claims in the last two years ,both on my van with a young lad who works for me driving .both times it has been the other persons fault but the insurance has paid out 50/50 due to the other party lieing . i think thier is a trend to do this 50/50 payout as it is less hassle for the insurance company and settles a claim much quicker with less fuss . if you can fight them all the way ..

    always been a fan of volvo and have had a few T5s and the v70 2.5 diesal but to me the s40 has never been a real volvo ,it just lacks that volvo feel and is more like a vectra .thier is no choice here as the lexus is by far the best car to look at and to drive ,also the lex will hold its value better and turn more heads .

    yes mate mk2 .have my eye on a nice black one on auto trader . just under the 10k mark with 80,000 miles .a little high but at 10k i cant really grumble .

    Have decided to stay with lexus and have narrowed my search to the gs300 and gs430 and RX although would consider an is300 (if i could find one).could some of the owners let me know thier average mpgs as the data i find seems a bit hit and miss .seems the 430 is only one mpg worse on fuel than the 300 on most sites .also the insurance group states 17 were as my ols gs300 is in group 18 .Also is the Rx worse than them all on fuel being a heavy four wheel drive. and lastly if any one is selling one in the near future please get in touch .

    it is hard to get it wrong so give it a go as i think it is worth the effort ,the side repeaters can be from the gs430 i think but i used the ones from halfords that stick on .

    I could do with the window ones and the front one . surprised you have not made your indicators clear yet it is a simple job and cleans up the front of the car.

    what a strange write up ,if he thinks a car is gonna make you more popular then he has some real issues to deal with.

    have to agree with vyker on this one ,different classes they should not have been on the same track .also different class of driver ,the 106 should have seen them coming and moved over .nice gesture to offer to pay for damage to pug .

    i aint topped it since ,went from £30 quid a month to that .still have bill ofr a keep sake .they might let you pay it over the next three months if you ask them ..

    dont get me wrong mate sure their are plenty of good firms around ,just all the ones i have dealt with are bullys who prey on people who are down on their luck and just cant pay.supose someones got to do it though .what really gets me is these big firms can just get them in and you have no choice what so ever to pay or lose parts of your home etc .
