thats bollox you need the progresive controller to feed the extra power in. Not having one puts the strain on the engine. i think i would like one for piece of mind. will the chaeper minimax do the job or is it cr*p. it should handle the power if it has prog controller, right???

ok i am now waiting on it coming so i might get my car on the dyno before and then again after to see the difference on paper. will keep you all posted on it. is £50 normal price for a dyno run?

surely but on a n/a engine a 50 or 75 shot would not be to bad on the engine internals?? wizard of nos got back to me today and gave me a local group who install their systems and refill bottles, they told me a 50 or 75 shot would not even need a progressive controller. does this sound right? guess it would only be 200 or 225 bhp oh and price was 1250 with 5lb bottle or 1500 with 11lb polished bottle. this includes fitting and dyno tested to suit what i want. just not sure if i should go without a progressive controller. have ordered a book to read up on it by the wizard of nos himself

i was for getting rid of mine too for more powerfull car, but when looking for somet to replace it its hard to find somet with the same reputation as the lex, same looks and the big same quality factor. none of them came near. my main turning point was when i was getting a clutch fitted i went to collect it but he was still working on it and had it up on the ramp. i couldnt believe my eyes. 1999 car and not a spot of rust or corrosion near it. so i said **** that i keepin it now. lol :D

i dont think it will be overly dear but dont quote me on that. i have posted exhaust bits to england and it was only 22 pound for a cat back cobra systyem. (not the best system i ever owned) changed to blitz back box. going to remove middle section possibly if it still quiet after manifold. anyone no will manifold make big diff to sound with a blitz nur spec backbox. it sounds nice at min but very quiet. like sucking sound. still sounds nice tho

great, maybe you can post up any improvement/difference once installed? I am also trying to get one but the guy doesn't reply my to my queries about shipping to italy... i will keep you all posted on the quality, fit, performance, sound ect. i still have to ask him about delivery to n.ireland should not be to much. when did you mail him? whats the time difference over ther to the uk

hello my X long time nos speak, ive lost all my numbers due to my phone crashing,, give me a ring or drop me a text with your number, good to catch up. @ coolride. ive got a fuel rail ALREADY tapped with the correct connector for the WON kit, the rail is for an IS300 though so dotn know if its the same for the 200. in any case soem info on my install can be foudn here http://fargosys.com/html/nitrous_project.HTM sweet set up in your car. i dont know if the fuel rail would fit to be honest but my biggest prob at min is finding somewhere to fill the bottles in northern ireland. at a dead end at min. got a dentist appointment next week tho lol

have you took the pads out and made sure there nothing lodged in the pad like a stone or something, could cost you a disc if there is

is it cheaper to get it from china direct rather than ebay. i dont mind it not being branded as long as its decent quality. lets be honest i dont show too many people under my bonnet.

He was an allround fool! I been thinking about droppin mine a bit, but the geomerty is perfect and I have to watch me HKS exhaust on standard speed humps if there are 4-5 people on board, so gonna leave as is. Previous owner fitted them though, so dont know what model they are. Could ask TDI to check their records, but would be wasting my time! what colour are they. any damping adjustment, will take pic of mine when doing my breaks see if that helps you any

must admitt i bought bosch super 4 thinking would be good plug but for some reason the car seemed to struggle a bit more at speed so changed to denso off ebay. much better. can honestly say i can feel the difference a bit
