  1. i think the majority are running between 33 upto about 36psi as you have said, so i came to the conclusion of running in the middle of that figure and i normally fill them up to either 34 or 35 depending what mood im in.
  2. as robb says mate, give a good clean with some car shampoo, go over it with some clay bar megs quick clay probably the best, then could scratchx it for good measure as well some more polish and then the good old wax will bring it up a treat matey.
  3. yes there is one kicking about i think its in the workshop section of the forum.
  4. they will definately be a welcome accompliment to your dash seeing as the HU has those nice metalic lines and the ring on it as well, you could always jump into the group buy for the stainless steel speedo faces which comes with a free clock cover lol, are you glad you started modifying your car now.
  5. looks like a nice bit of kit there but i think a set of chrome air con rings will go a treat with that mate and the clock cover as well and you'll have one nice very shiney centre console B)
  6. ignore it, but get a czech speaking laywer and never return to prague just in case
  7. right i've made me mind up at long last! i'll go for the rising sun version please, mines an xe-05 is300 2002 tiptronic version. so gunna need the window for gear number. thank you

  9. i thought you had had some custom design tribal design cut in as the tread from the first picture d'oh
  10. i think mine sits about 10mm higher than yours and i can just about get over the majority of humps, but your motors loking good matee
  11. how you done that 2d they look pretty funky? have you got another pic from a bit further out? come on you need to put some more explaination to it lol.
  12. i had to stop at halfrauds the other week and there was a matey with a 200, unfortunately not in the best of conditions, and guess what he was doing??? swapping the nice lovely silver ones for some gold ones grrr
  13. ok nice one i'll stick it on my christmas wish list. please mr santa i've been a good boy lol
  14. thanks mat, didnt realise the trd's would be that expensive, so whats the difference between the trd and seibon to warrent it being so much more expensive?
  15. mat have you got any more info on the trd bonnet i didnt know they made one.
  16. yeah ive used it ONCE and once only it crap to be honest, as pj said stick to the real clay bars. lot less messy and more control with the bar.
  17. still trying to make my mind up one which i want
  18. bring back to original topic, colours are on the other thread!!!! grrrr lol
  19. i got to say red of course, but there is also a white 300 that i also see pretty much daily now, and too be honest im a lil bit jealous when the whites ones all clean and shiney. it does look nice with the styling kit.
  20. I think all the bodys are exactly the same mate. i think they are all chasis code jce10.
  21. i've had mine a year now and given me no major problems at all, only a new oxygen sensor in the exhaust due to it being sat in a showroom for 6+ months and iv'e heard of a few others with the sensor fault due to a period of time not being used. got new sensor for £70 so i cant complain at all, on the rareness side of things my 300's finally met another 300 which belongs a matey living in the same block of flats as my mate does. mines red the other ones white and they look good together lol. my running costs since i had the 300 are... 2 new rear tyres £125 each o2 sensor £70 30000mile service £225 @ lexus reading mot £45 insurance about £1000 just above last year, just below for this years with all mods declared. cleaning products, lots of meguiars probably £100-£200 a year. other mods like dash leds replacement horn and things about £100 Petrol £40-£50 per week to 10 days do about 15 miles a day in stop start town traffic. Done a quick add up and with those figures with 2 years insurance 52 weeks of petrol and the rest worked out at a yearly running cost of... £4970. I cant think of anything else that i've had to pay out on the car in the last year so that should give you a rough run down on what to sort of expect mate I was lucky with mine as most of the modification had been done by previous owners so i didn't have to fork out £7500 (got reciepts) on Hks suspension and exhaust, ice installs etc, and other things, so you can also see how much you could end up spending if the mod bug hits you it can tally up to thousands like with any car. but i absolutely love mine, i know its quick but just dont try racing against anything with more than 300bhp, oh how i would love a charger lol. nearly forgot the goode olde roady tax which is £215 a year so bump that final price up a couple of hundred.
  22. glad they found it mate just hope its not been too badly abused
  23. mine is the x1000 r/min and its coded as XE 05 in the middle circle by the zero mph.
