    I will just continue to use the higher octane fuel(Momentum 99,V power etc)which I have done for the last 17 plus years 😀

    Just incase people are unaware the alternatives to the new E10 for cars that are not compatible are Shell v power,Momentum 99,BP ultimate and Esso synergy,have always run my 250 f sport on Momentum 99 and v.power 👍

    Hi if you are afraid of possibly breaking it, you could go along with as13's idea,or have a look on you tube or if you are that desperate take it to your local timpsons or something similar and get it changed 👍

    Recently had my 250 f sport wheels refurbished by a local firm called Wheel Clinic unfortunately forgot to ask them what the colour code they used was

    Congratulations 👏 on your recent purchase,not sure the wheels have a colour code, l think they are shadow chrome or anthracite as you mentioned,try and get in touch with the dealer you bought it from to see if they can help 🤔

    This(the headlights staying on)seems to be a problem when a windscreens are replaced with non OEM one's 🤔

    I think you are worrying yourself unnecessarily, the probability of you having your cat stolen is infinitely lower than the probability of you having an accident.

    For all I know the earlier models up to 2003 had headlights with chrome like reflector while the 2004/05 had the shadow chrome(grey) reflector

    For 400 quid or thereabouts you could possibly have a custom stainless steel exhaust made 🤔

    Agree with you Bernard,Ford have actually stopped making the mondeo,in the not too distant future 80/90% of new cars on the road will be suv's,mpv's,crossovers and offroaders and very few normal cars(salons and hatchbacks) for people like us lol 😆

    Viet,probably the best outcome at the end of the day,was always going to be a difficult one proving the alleged mileage discrepancy,at least the steering issue will be looked into,and like you said going forward you can find another dealer as you have probably lost faith and trust in your current one 👍

    If it hasn't been changed during your ownership(the last 12 years), I would probably doubt if it was changed before that,but you never know lol,don't think its anything to overly worry about.However for peace of mind its worth finding out 🙂

    Ok,definitely a good idea,just can't figure out why it would have been lowered at the back except again it could have had the rear springs changed at some point
