  1. yea, just put your hand under the front part of the seat but on the corner and pull upwards - do this for both sides, should come up no problems. Don't think you can break anything oh and as for c-pillar covers.. um how else can this be put? the pillar next to the rear screen? Fabric covered pillar covers, should all be fairly obvious once you get started
  2. or I think a silvery shade might match well with the wheels and whatever else
  3. yea thats how mine is, original feed split into two, one for cable tv other for broadband
  4. out of those number 5 by far, number 1 should be deleted!
  5. i know many branches of halfords will mix you up a pot/spray can. Not too sure how accurate the end result is though.
  6. looks like it http://www.lexusownersclub.co.uk/forum/ind...showtopic=19569

  9. oh wow, sorry to hear about that Matt! I remember a few people have had the same problem, yea not bad.... kinda miss the car tho
  10. try asking Chris.S (you could buy one from him), I had a quick search and he posted the prices as being cambelt £28.17 + vat Tensioner £45.82 + vat Idler pulley £45.97 + vat as seen here
  11. i'll look out for your new IS around here then! Would avoid Torquay seafront btw!
  12. yea I think it's a toss up between the Lowry, Radisson and Malmaison. They're all pretty much the same price from what i've seen - the lowry has rooms avilable for over £1500 a night tho
  13. cheapest room is £130, all the hotels above seem to be that or around plus £10-20 per dar parking! The Thistle was £69 b+b
  14. all good advice there lads cheers, I think i'll look around at some other hotels then possibly but it's only for shagging and a bit of sleep I suppose. Gord, will drop you a PM with the dates when i've finalised a hotel and if you're not doing anything then we could have a Stella or two oh and the car has just gone, I miss it already EDIT: Just looked at the Lowry and the Malmaison, they both look nice. Thinking of booking the Lowry out of the two though? The Radisson Edwardian looks pretty nice too actually
  15. hmmm, so should I still stay at the Thistle or do you think it would be worth looking at another hotel? I presume China town is basically in the city centre (like it is in London) or is it a bit of a trek? I will have a car up there so don't mind a bit of a drive if it's worth it (in reference to the curry houses in Rusholme) As for pubs/bars, just somewhere that looks decent and you can sit down and have a drink in, ideally one that plays decent music too (rules out Wetherspoons) so going by your post i'll just take note of decent looking places while we shop in the day time
  16. Hi People. First of all, the Lex is going in 2 hours Second, off up to Manchester for a few days in December with the girlfriend, so, looking for sugestions of places to go to shop and any nice restaurants you lot can reccomend. Staying in the Thistle Hotel near Picadilly Gardens I believe it's called? Also, know of any decent bars in the area? I will be trawling through the many pages on the net for suggestions too but thought i'd ask people on here for their unbiased views and suggestions! Apparently you can get the tram to the Trafford Centre my mate reckons so will be doing that, may even pop over to Liverpool for a day just to look around. Never been that far up north before!
