    Hi guys I wonder if someone can help. I have a 2000 ls400, but there is a guy who wants it badly and wants to do a deal with his 99 ls400. Are there any differences between mine and his? The only difference i see is mine is a w reg and in green colour and his is a V reg in gold and mine is one of the last ls400's. I cant see any other differences. But this guy wants it badly. Thanks in advance guys

    Hi guys Ive always had the Lexus Ls models and currently have an ls400. But ive seen a nice 53 reg Gs430. What are they like to drive? Are they as reliable as an ls400, and what should i look out for???? Thanks

    I have to agree. I think the satnav in the ls400 is about as useful as a rubber ladder, even though in mine i have the updated version.

    Thanks guys. The course im going to do is i think a 12 week course and its called ptells. Ive got induction in April and the course starts in september.

    I had a toyota celsior with just 39633 miles on it. I sold it on ebay for £3000. I had all the mot's for it but no service history. But the guy who bought it off me did his own research on it and when he came down to buy it, he really loved it. It was a 1999 T reg.

    Thank guys. I work for a laege insurance company. I knew this would happen so i already took steps to look for another job. So i applied to another insurer last week, for the same job im doing now, they emailed me back 3 hours later saying sorry youve been unsuccesful due to having 13 years experience, so you are over skilled and we have took someone on with just 3 years experience.

    Hi Guys I just dont believe it. I am going to be made redundant, and in this current climate I dont know if ill find another job quickly enough, so guess what that could mean? Yes I may have to sell the ls400. Ive only had afew weeks. I really dont believe it. Totally gutted

    Yes you can get them from Toyota or Thor Racing in coventry. Thor Racing supply the heavy duty bushes.

    I had a 430 not long ago, sold it and jumped back into a 2000 400. Never again will i buy a 430. The 430 is a noisy ride and too many toys in it so more to go wrong. But my dad also has a 2000 silver ls400 that he wants to give me as he cant drive much anymore so i may be selling my 2000 green ls400. The 400 is a much better car.

    Im sure there is a place in Coventry called Thor Racing and they can sought you out some bushes for the arms at a fraction of Lexus prices. They did some for me on my first ls430 (now ofcourse i have an ls400 and wont be buying an ls430 again)The front bushes all fitted for i think it was £300ish.

    Thanks for that. I am totally rubbish at mechanics. I know what parts are and what they do, but replacing them is another thing. I cant do it. I would ask my brother as he is good with these things but just recently hes fallen ill, very ill. Hes got something wrong in his brain. But to look at him you wouldnt think that.

    Thanks for that. I can get the belt cheap yes from ebay. Its just i dont trust these mechanics in birmingham to do the job on my ls400.

    That one hes advertising is mint. Its unmarked aswell..what is the difference between his 98 and my 2000 model? Is there any difference?

    I think he has joined the club. Hes the one who bought that nice v reg ls400 couple of weeks ago.
