  1. Little bit late to be wondering once you've signed up, I would have thought. If you send me your bank details including PIN I'll evaluate it and get back to you.
  2. You'll need one of theses as well then: https://www.amazon.co.uk/AutoStyle-0468-CARBON-Bonnet-Carbon/dp/B00DP4KE7C/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1470946189&sr=8-4&keywords=Bonnet+cover And it wouldn't be complete without these: https://www.amazon.co.uk/CAR-EYELASH-EYELASHES-POSTAGE-MOTORWAY/dp/B00656BT7G/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1470946268&sr=8-4&keywords=Eyelashes+for+cars And these, I insist: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Set-AlloyGator-Wheel-Protectors-RED/dp/B0153QY0SS/ref=sr_1_9?ie=UTF8&qid=1470946367&sr=8-9&keywords=rim+protectors+for+alloy+wheels
  3. Sorry about this but it's the policeman in me, I worked on a burglary squad for over ten years dealing with this type of incident. It was 4 am, you were awoken by them sounding your horn, but the kids were up and the door insecure. Have I read that right?
  4. How did they get in your house and not trigger the house alarm?
  5. Not in my experience they wouldn't, they just want a clean getaway, if they were that brave they wouldn't sneek about during early hours and would just knock on your door and threaten you. I fully understand your feelings at the moment.
  6. After the event I know, but you should put your car keys in a key safe, We have done for years. If they get into the house they can't steal the cars.
  7. Ticking on the 250 is usually associated with the injectors.
  8. I think it's the security light? Turning the key on and off 5 times within 10 seconds. This may reset the system.
  9. I would agree, very very very optimistic when I say "very very very optimistic" I mean "incorrect"
  10. You get strange smells with most cars AC. Every so often I buy one of those supermarket bacterial sprays, put the system on low, crank the blower up, recirculating on and spray the stuff into the windscreen vents until my trigger finger hurts
  11. 50 more horses from fitting an exhaust? Really!
  12. Have you tried spraying an anti bacterial spray into the vents of you're AC to clear the smell?
  13. I have a whining noise coming from the front passenger seat on my IS 250. I sometimes leave her at home when it gets too much. As above advice ^^^^^.
  14. I didn't think you were, just joshing as I'm sure you're aware.
  15. Like that idea Piers, printing off for future references I save some snippets as PDFs and save links to other information. some of the how to's on changing spark plugs and brakes are excellent.
  16. We had this exact problem with our Vectra roof rail system. The clips under the cosmetic roof strip are held in place by rivets that come loose allowing water to run down the c pillar. We drilled the rivets out, tapped the holes and put in small bolts covered in sealant. Job jobbed.
  17. You're on the right thread then.
  18. It's sometimes uneconomical to repair small leaks, I'm aware of the annoyance and possible marks on your drive. If it's a drip that doesn't even affect the oil level is it worth paying large amounts of money for it repaired?
  19. Ah, I obviously got the wrong end of the stick. "Similar issue" threw me.
