  1. There is a later software. RC4. But, not for all vehicles.
  2. Ive used sticky stuff remover and get good results https://www.amazon.co.uk/Mykal-Sticky-Stuff-Remover-250ml/dp/B000TAT4GM/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1488475214&sr=8-1&keywords=sticky+stuff+remover
  3. Mine is over 10℅ to the worse. Probably closer to 15%
  4. Here is a another cheapo eBay key I'll be getting cut later in the week, it's not a Lexus key but just to show not all keys from eBay are bad
  5. I agree, if it's been badly/incorrectly cut or the blade is too big/narrow then you'd have no chance
  6. I've had a quite a few blank keys from eBay cut and all worked fine various cars (Not tried RX though). Only the coding and remote function needs work.
  7. Yep, your looking in the right place, the unit should fit in the RH side of the boot space when looking in. I don't know though if a different harness was used depending on whether or not Nav was installed
  8. No, you're right. You should have Female multi plug on your harness side. Are you sure you have found the right harness?
  9. Yes, the Air Con is controlled by the Hybrid Control ECU. The compressor has a DC converter built in and is actuated by the hybrids 280 odd vault A/C inverter. It's so the Air Con can be actuated regardless of the engine running or not.
  10. Nothing you have posted there has anything to do with the hybrid system. What makes you think the hybrid system has the faults that caused you the problems you mentioned?
  11. As above, but, side windows are allowed slightly less light transmission (70%) compared to the front (75%) in U.K. Law OEM tint from the factory is 70% all round (except the sunroof which is 20%) So, as Paul says, from the B pillar forwards, your pretty much close to max tint level allowed straight from the factory. I've got from the B pillar rear done at 20% on my Lexus and I would say that is ideal. I've got one of my other cars done with 5% tint from the B pillar back and find it a struggle to view out of the rear when reversing in the dark.
