  1. Hello Mate Pretty sure the SE has an external amp & you cannot just replace the head unit without bypassing the amp, so there isnt an autoleads part. If you had the S, this dosnt have an amp & can use a toyota adapter I think. Hope this helps. Stuart
  2. Thanks Scorpion They're not realy my cup of tea, Im after the standard sport wheels, just not to happy about how long they would last, mine are still under warrenty for another 2 years, so unless I bought some 18's from Lex they wouldnt be under my warrenty, would they??? Cheers. Stuart
  3. Hmm... :duh: Not too sure what to make of that, do you know its something that may grow on me. Like you said about the spoiler, would have to see it in the flesh. Your cars looking good, I do like that styling kit, especialy with the 18" wheels, thats the only thing I regret about buying mine... Diddnt get the 18's :shutit: Stuart
  4. Is your car totaly standard? Mine is apart from the sport grill, but I want to get bodykit, spoiler, wheels & suspension mods done all at the same time... Im just impatient!!! Stuart
  5. Hmm.. Diddnt think of that :yack: Did you make up your mind what spoiler you were going for Scarface??? Stuart
  6. Sadley shes not on offer Scarface... I already asked!!! Stuart
  7. Hello all Does anybody have any of these under eyelids fitted to their car with the upper ones as well? Could this restrict light vision? Cheers. Stuart http://www.lextasy.com/lextasy_under_eyelid_1424_prd1.htm
  8. I have been crying with laughter :D :D :D Stuart
  9. Hello Think it auto-locks if you press the unlock button on the fob & dont open a door after 20 seconds, thats about it though. Stuart
  10. Hello Can anyone recommend a good body shop in Kent, the closer to Canterbury the better but not nessecery. Im after getting TTE front & rear bumpers & lip spoiler & also some skirts. Any advice would be great. Cheers. Stuart
  11. Im a big fan of the TTE lip spoiler personaly, thats im going for after crimbo hopefully, each to their own though :winky: Stuart
  12. I recently had all the stone chips on the front end of car painted & polished out by chips away, the guy said the colour was the easiest to match cos most black cars have a lot of red in, mine however was pretty much... well... black, he's done a great job, can only just make out the dip in the paintwork on very close inspection but he did spend all day as everytime he started to polish the white undercoat could be seen through, I think in all he applied about 12 coats in the end on the bumper. Stuart
  13. Mat, I fitted my own car-kit & removed the centre console, glove box etc, now im no auto-electrician no do I do any work on my engine, but I found installing the car-kit very easy. Putting back the stereo is the only bit you need to be carefull of as the sides are razor sharp & can damage the sides of the console, but if you follow the guide in the knowlage thingy, its realy straight forward. If you decide to go this route id happily talk you through it. Stuart
  14. I've fitted mine on the dash below the pillar, I dont have the clip on type mic I've got the one on velcro, everyone I speak to using the car kit says its crystal clear, even on moterways etc. Stuart
  15. Dave, You can have lots-a pics of my car from all angles when we get the -40mm springs on :winky: :winky: :winky: Stuart
  16. Hello Guys, Im about to fit a car kit today, could anybody tell me wether I need to remove the radio & top dash tray to do this??? Cheers. Stuart :winky:
  17. Hello I have also noticed this on my IS200, the drive seems so much more easy & I feel more relaxed & confident when pulling out of tight gaps etc. Stuart :winky:
  18. Fitted with a very large shoe horn I believe Stuart
  19. Sorry guys... forgot to post a link http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...item=7918021577 Stuart
  20. Hello Claire I wouldnt have thought that to be right as things like the dreaded 3 series are far too common, my mate sold his 325ci with a few extras privately, out of 20-30 viewings all tried the "I could go down the road & get the same car cheaper" routine. This is true with big dealers as they see the 3 series as prestige where as the IS tends to come under sports/Japanese cars. Stuart
  21. Hello My IS200 is nearly 1 year old & the stone chips on the front end & bonet are so bad I'm having to pay for repair myself as its "general wear & tear", so after not getting it this time, I would seriously consider it for £300. Do's it offer any warrenty??? If so its probably worth it. Stuart
  22. Hello Has anybody got/used one of these kits? If so what is the quality & price like? Thanks. Stuart
  23. The ones I have been offered have a W rating instead of the Z, Is this a problem? Stuart
