  1. Some monkey at ATS (Geoff Capes I think) put my locking wheel nuts on, I managed to break the key getting one of them off, took about an hour to shift the rest. Twenty-odd quid for a new set from Lexus Hanley, plus delivery (managed to dodge the delivery though 'cos Chris Shipley brought them to JAE :D )
  2. Here are some of the other JAE 2007 photo collections I've found on the net... AutoSupplyUK Figaro (also here) Driftworks Honda-Tech.com (PhotoBucket bandwidth permitting, also here) IMOC UK (also here, here and here) Micra Sports Club Mitsubishi Delica Owners Club Mitsubishi Lancer Register (also here) mkiv Supra Owners Club MR2 Owners Club MR2 Roadster Owners Club (also here, here and here) MR2 Only Magazine ScoobyNet (also here, here and here) Toyota Imports Forum Toyota Owners Club UK MX-5 Owners Club (also here and here)
  3. If anybody's interested in seeing what a model report looks like, you can download a load from here. Can't find a Celsior one though!
  4. Should've gone to JAE... might've stolen the "Most Unusual Modification" award from Mat! :P Good luck with the car and stuff... happy motoring!
  5. Paste the spam in an email to abuse@yahoo.com, they'll kill the account that's being used for correspondence.
  6. SVA testing as well, if applicable?
  7. A worthwhile investment if you're going to do this again would be to buy an Accumate battery charger. About £35 off eBay, you can leave it connected indefinitely and it'll just keep the battery fully charged. Don't go for the Optimate, it's designed for smaller batteries, namely those found on bikes.
  8. Cheeky gits! I'd never buy a Ford, not after the last heap of junk my stepfather had (his first and only foray outside the Toyota world). If I won one in a competition it would be on Autotrader like a shot. Same goes for their damned vans. Here's a new slogan for them:- FordTransit "because you can't afford a Mercedes Sprinter"
  9. Was too dark, all you can really see in the video are the candles!
  10. eXOBeX's JAE 2007 gallery 95 pics, including a special TOC/LOC "tagnut tag team" pic, featuring Aido of course!
  11. I'm back! Got in about 20 minutes ago, VERY tired, but will try and get some pics up shortly. Just gotta blank the numberplates first...
  12. Not "free bear" as my mate put it when he emailed it to me... Coors link
  13. Wow! Just don't park over a speed bump!
  14. Isn't that Croydon anyway? Tipping it down here in Powys. Car's washed, clayed, cleaned, polished... but not had a chance to wax it! Bugger...
  15. Prolex do a Tom's satnav override unit for the new IS, it's on eBay at the moment. Don't know if there's an RX version.
  16. Yeah, but Sky means Rupert Murdoch, Rupert Murdoch means The Sun, and The Sun means Lies. That means Sky are lying about the weather. That's my theory, let's hope it pans out!
  17. Aha, curse all that fancy technology! Latching fog switches, eh? Didn't know about them!
  18. Surely a single, big diode will do it? The fogs will be wired together anyway, so wiring one side should sort the other. 2 fogs would pull about 4 amps, so a single 6A diode should do the pair. A P600A from Maplin (code UK59P) would be up to the job.
  19. I reckon it'll be TN08 next year as well, nobody wants a SNOB on their car! Heck, TN09 will be released as well, to avoid upsetting those who find kissing offensive!
  20. Ah well, no chance of SN07 RAG then! What a load of BO11 OXX (you'll have to wait 4 years for that one!)
