  1. Look out IS and Tezza boys, the GS and Aristo mob is growing!
  2. 159mph is alright I suppose, if you're on a straight, QUIET stretch in good conditions, and you've got the experience to handle it. But I've got to agree with you 100% on the second bit - 90mph in a residential 30mph zone is disgraceful behaviour. Nova-driving chavs (who you'd expect to be thick enough to do it) would be locked up for that. Why not this copper?
  3. Yeah, that's the one. Search eBay for Flashlube and you'll get all the details. As you're in the LPG business you'll probably be able to get it at trade price from one of your suppliers.
  4. My mate Adrian's selling my bike on eBay, 'cos he loves selling cars and stuff and I hate it. This is a bike that I took as straight-swap for a NOS'd Rover 220 Coupe Turbo (that I in turn took from Adrian as straight-swap for my first GS300, it's like musical chairs here). As I can't ride a bike, it's up for grabs. If you know anyone who might be interested, send them the link. The link
  5. I know of some good software to use for that :winky:
  6. That is an excellent page, tells you exactly what changed through the years.
  7. Perhaps they thought that a lifetime of looking like Matthew Corbett was punishment enough?
  8. Good call. I had some guy driving like he was p***ed in front of me one night, didn't have the non-emergency number for the local coppers. Perhaps I should've just dialled 999.
  9. How do you think our continental chums manage to get yellow lights? :P Mistakes I've spotted:- Zenons (twice) Powerfull (twice) Seamles Luxus Benifits Read (supposed to be Rear!) Conections Cheep (supposed to be Cheap) Avialable Trackster (supposed to be Trackstar) Opertunity Confidance (twice) Were (supposed to be Where) Spendind Coresponding Trip-Tronic DVS (supposed to be DVD) Independantly Mide (see Q+A's) In addition, the "Japan" on-screen display "can all be sorted if you like". How easily though? I thought it was a system-swap job.
  10. Note to TomTom owners: latest software (TomTom 6.x) features Owner ID (four lines of user-customisable text) and PIN-to-start. Download Tom Tom Home to install the latest version and enable the PIN and Owner ID.

  12. The guy can't spell (Luxus? !) but the car's interesting nevertheless. Click
  13. Just think though, in a couple of years' time these'll be on the market, second-hand and affordable. Can't wait!
  14. Is that a Green Mile style clue? "Roll On Two"'s Day? :o
  15. ABS in my Carina E didn't like cattle grids, well, not the one on the approach to Pontypridd town roundabout off the A470! Braking as I approached the roundabout the cattle grid would activate the ABS every time!
  16. If you want free-to-air satellite you'll find a list of the available channels (with numbers) here.
  17. TV Licensing send such nasty letters, ACCUSING you of breaking the law, that I say sod 'em. Next time they send me one because they've messed up the address, I'll just let them send the van round, then show the TVL guy my perfectly valid licence and tell him to f**k off.
  18. Panasonic 36" in living room Panasonic 36" in main bedroom Panasonic 32" in study Relisys 17" LCD in bathroom Sony 14" in 2nd bedroom Bush 14" in 3rd bedroom Samsung 14" spare (nowhere to put it!) Might put an LCD on the wall in the kitchen when I redo it, we'll see...
  19. I've just read the recap for episode 201. Could tell you what happens to Sara Tancredi... or Veronica... or T-Bag... or... or... ...but I won't :P
