At least the insurance is reasonable! :D ← I agree @ 41 i feel i can own experience and volunteer solid advice. at this age i have experienced the good/ bad and sad areas of life, now i can look up to my elders and understand, then ( edit ) and pass knowledge back down to the 'young ones'.......... think that was a song? ← Come 2 years in Feb and I'll agree completely :D

Is it with full lock on only, or almost full lock or any turn ? If its with full lock on, turn it, get under and have look to start with - see if anything is touching the wheels or tyres that should not be.

Just called Leeds to see if it is avalable to collect as they said it would be here on Friday. Now I have been told it will be middle of December - WTF Kind of sums Lexus Leeds up - these guys even argue that the Parts department is not the Spares department. who cares just get my stuff !!! Gutted for you. Are you fully comp ? Insurance claim I would say would be a close call to a right off, yet if you were having to pay for it yourself claim through MIB I would say it can be done. There are plenty of IS's scrapped for parts. I replaced all my osf susp for £250. But you have bodywok on top + your TTE susp. Good luck m8. Keep us posted, I am sure we can all look out for stuff for you if needed ! Rich - actually jut a thought - if the merc was stolen I think their insurance should still pay you - but not 100% sure.

Yep - They probably won't do anything, but may keep it on record if it happens again. Next time it might be a brick in the windscreen if he went past and through it backwards. Maybe Scarface will give you the lo down of what they'd do.

Not checked the links out, but the easy way to check MPG quite acurately is : Fill up - note the milage on the receipt Use the fuel Fill up again - note the milage Your mpg is : the difference in milage/ fuel purchased 2nd time You can work out p per mile this way

88K on mine, was slipping a few weeks ago, then stopped , then started slipping again last night Mine squeaks when operating the pedal, but its more like a linkage squeak than a release bearing noise. ← Yeah thats what i got hopefully, havent felt mine slip yet. ← I was amazed mine started slipping, It started not long after a high (very high ) rev standing start - wish I had not bothered the 911 left me standing :duh: (it was a mates though - would not normally pitch against a 911)

Its sounds like he clipped him more from the side just on the bumber - what if the lorry driver says YOU changed lanes !! Did you get any witnesses. At least your ok, I once saw a woman driver move over into the side of an artic, it dragged her in, chewed her up and spat her out, and didn't even know. He only stopped as he happened to look in his mirror and saw this mashed up car careering of to the side.

Get the underground to Mong Kock market in Kowloon for shopping as well - full replica football kits £3.50 !! and they are good quality - my mate brought 14 back for his Sunday league team ! Always ask for a stupid price - it gets a bit embarrassing asking for 50p of something that should be expensive but its good fun ! He looked a tit with them all in his Gucci bag though in customs. :D :D Wish I was back there as my visit was cut short.

Who needs trick or treat night ... I had two cats scrapping on my car on Saturday night - scratched all the boot lid as one slid along and presumably smacked into the spoiler. The little :tsktsk: mine aswell. Wait whilst the missus aint looking. Had eggs down the front window a couple of years ago - nice to open the curtains to it. (house not car - no curtains in the car). I never threw eggs when I was a kid
