  1. Yesterday
  2. That's a nice list, thanks for that. It's weird that the list doesn't say anything about the windshield / wipers heating, which some cars do have it and some don't.
  3. Seems the cars is a 5.4l V8, I assume it’s a stroked version of ours….
  4. A good quality dashcam front and rear. It only has to provide supporting evidence for a claim once - and it will have paid for itself many times over. Then take your pick from an escalating range of security devices. But at least have a very visible and substantial steering wheel lock - such as a DiskLok or a Milenco.
  5. Rear bumper protection strip and boot liner.
  6. A set of mudflaps if it hasn't got them already.
  7. I really enjoyed this years LeMans must admit the RCF being in the GT3 section did influence my attention. Found this on Youtube about the RCF GT3 car
  8. I’m wondering what the more experienced owners have bought and found useful? I’ve ordered:- A Nick jump starter and the lead to attach the trickle charger to the battery A central arm rest storage top bin, to help organise this
  9. I was actually staying in Stratford upon Avon for a few days last week. Suppose I might make the trek up again next Sunday to say hello to the other mad ***** sc430 owners.
  10. Always remember folks, what is always coming but never arrives. tomorrow I enjoy every single Mile. It will probably out last me. as for battery cars, 🚗 they are not the future.
  11. I’ve figured out most of my issues. 1. The settings for doors have to be set to UNLOCK all doors in P 2. Step away about 4-5ft when pressing close & lock
  12. Most people don't mod their GSs in this country, or tend to go smaller to get better comfort. You should be able to fit 20" ok but 21" and above will be difficult as tyre sizes might not be available to keep the circumference the same as stock to keep the speedo in calibration.
  13. I didn't even get the front shot showing the modified front spoiler that literally touched the very short grass. I still cannot workout how that works on the road, or when parking. I have to say though it really looks the business in a very non flashy way..
  14. Hi, im not sure why but i got in my ux today and when I went onto the DAB stations it just says no signal and there are no stations. this has never happened before - can anyone let me no what I need to do to rectify this? thanks
  15. Opie oils also sell genuine DENSO sensors . www.opieoils.co.uk
  16. Stephen thank you The Ls430 looks stunningly ludicrous sporting those wheels 🥳 Bet it’s a harsh ride eh 🤔 The Merc Pagoda I actually had ……. in stock at my used car sales ……. maybe 30 years back ……. ‘orrible useless family car I’m afraid ……. much preferred the Ls400 I had at my garage and used for years …… the Merc Pagoda seemed a dopey car to me to want to own ……. had much bigger better more powerful Mercs that were “ sensible “ to use and WONDROUS limos too …….. enjoyed driving those 👍 Thanks for reminding me how lucky I am to have had a Ls400 for sooooooo long and maybe 250k miles of joyous motoring 😇 Malc
  17. Has anyone upgraded the wheels on 2012 450h FSport I noticed even the GSF only has 19 but I wanted to go bigger as the original fit 19's I have look small. Has anyone fitted bigger does it cause any issues with geometry or the front/rear steering?
  18. I also have this issue when the engine is labouring under very light load or slowing to a stop. Mine is also over 10 years old so might try the plugs are they difficult to fit ?
  19. Well, having had an RZ for a few days in Takumi spec, I have to say I was bitterly disappointed with the interior. Cheaper looking than my RX4, no hinged door bins, less storage and call me a cynic, but once you get over the performance, real world range is a let down for such a premium priced car. In fact, it makes more sense to buy one in Toyota colours or the Subaru EV which is the exact same vehicle with a cheaper interior still. The overall quality is not reflected in the price imho. The Takumi spec and F-Sport Takumi pack RX4's I personally think are head and shoulders better on interior quality and more practical. Some people will have to have one for the badge, but there's as good if not better for less elsewhere. Whilst we're talking depreciation, the true cost only drops out when you consider the cost of replacing a clapped out battery pack. You can effectively buy a new car for the cost of a battery replacement, which is one of my gripes about most EVs. There's nothing green about them, except they defer where the pollution appears and countries mining Lithium are where the very "un-green" offset to any green credentials goes. There may be nothing coming out of the on existent tail pipe but that's just offset to the fossil fuel powered power stations. It makes people feel better as it takes the fumes away from built up areas but in total life terms, it's all an illusion. I just can't see any argument for them presently which is why I cannot personally justify spending on one. I appreciate others will not share this view. Freedom of choice at least remains with us for now until the government gestapo force us all over to the dark side.
  20. All being well I hope to be bringing my SC 430 to Coventry next Sunday and needless almost to say there was (again) not one in sight today at Lytham.
  21. Always a Morgan and again gorgeous Green with Tan.
  22. Volvo P1800E is no saint, but very lovely.
  23. Studebaker. Seem to have lost the best pic somehow.
  24. Merc Pagaoda. Used to dream of owning one of these.
