Lexus was doing an offer last year - the sports kit for £700 rather than the normal £2,100. That may explain some of the saving.

Just picked up a Is200 SE, with full sports kit (18" alloys, TTE bumpers B/F and spoiler) with DVD sat nav. It had done 6 miles (yes SIX miles), and I got it for 18,500.

Yeah - someone else who's got a 'Tesco Astra' !! Mine's a '91 1.4L but it fits in the narrowest gaps and shrugs off careless mums & shopping trolleys - and all for not much more than the cost of having one dent knocked out of the IS! :P
