Hi guys,

This is very strange & was wondering if anybody else has experienced this. Since ive fitted the hks hyper muffler i'm getting 50mpg more than I was before!! Previously I was only getting about 250 miles to the tank full now i'm getting about 300!! Crazy eh??? I was expecting a higher fuel consumption & Im driving faster than ever!!!

You know what I mean:lol:

Give me a break ive just woken up after a hard evening of blowing up an inflatable pool, filling it up with water, for my little girls to jump in it for 5 mins & soak me! Boy do those things take it of you, they should print it on the box when you buy it!

Warning ' children can seriously tire you out!':lol::lol:

Wow, only 250 miles! my ***! And I was complaining about my 25-26mpg! I think that meant you are getting about 19mpg!! Eeek! I thought only Scoobys and S-classes and Barge Rover does that (or not even)!

Do you live on the redline? I know I do a lot, but hell... you must do! You do know there is a 6th in the g/box, right? :D

I must admit i was a little bit concearned about my mpg...but ive always put it down to doing a lot of city driving..opposed to motorway runs. The car is loads better on a long distance journey, but like i said i drive about 40 miles per day constantly stopping & starting in traffic...Im not your typical thrash artist I usually change at about 4-5000 rpm.

If your talking 250 on a FULL tank it's more like 17mpg - pretty impressive :o

I reckon on getting 450 to the tank (mostly motorway of course) but it doesn't vary that much.

My other car (aforementioned Barge Rover) does about 17mpg, but then it weighs 2 tons and has a 3.5 V8, so whadya expect?
