Hi Everybody, Just Bought a 2011 CT 1.8 Hybrid with 90,000 on the clock, it's for the wife, it's going to have a peaceful life, she'll be only driving 2/3 days a week, I would like to ask your advice which is the correct engine oil to use? Thanks.

Thanks for that, I have to admit I never heard of 0w20, is this a special oil just for the CT?

Used in a few models including the Prius (which has the same engine). The CT is quite fussy on the grade of oil, get it wrong and expect higher fuel consumption and possibly rough running.

You can now use 0w16 oil for even better mpg

Nice one R, there's some good prices in your link, I haven't yet signed up, does this include Delivery? or do I have to pick up from Lexus Dealers? Thanks

My UX 250h is said to need 0W16 oil but can use 0W20 temporarily if changed to 0W16 at next oil change. However, my Lexus main dealer has used 0W20 on two consecutive services. Does the car really need 0W16 or is 0W20 OK?
