just configured an audi a4 on their website

tried to get as close to is200le auto spec as i could

closest is a 2.0 litre multitronic

after adding on all extras the IS200 has it comes too.......£30185!!!

and still no silky smooth 6 cylinder

taking the :tsktsk: or what!

not nocking audis ive owned one in the past but a car in this class charging for electric rear windows is plain stupid

£32215!....but you do get a 6 cylinder :D unlike the audi

I stand corrected! just looking on the BMW website and yes, it states the 320 has a 2.0 6-pot...

Must be new, cos last time i looked, everything under 2.5 was a 4 pot!!!

The 320 hasn't been a 2.0 for a while. It's a 2.2 6 cylinder. The 318 is the 2.0l 4 cylinder.

They did have an old 6 cylinder 2.0l that they used for years.

Trouble is small 6 cylinder engines have poor low down torque which all IS owners know about.

The wife and I looked at a new Audi A4 before finding the LEXUS. After being told that a "spare wheel" was an extra (they have some c*** pump thing) we said thanks for your time, and walked away. ;)

Love my Lexi to bits but it does really upset the top nobs at Audi :P

If you configure an A4 3.0l Quat against the is300 Aero the Lexi is even better VFM....
