I keep getting this message on starting the car can anyone tell me what it is for and how do I sort it, thanks.

Wow! That is a new one! Sorry can't help. Did the dealer setup your infotainment system?

Had the car over 12 months know he set the phone perhaps I need to speak with my Dealer

Seems like it is trying to log into a Lexus account.  Do you have one?  Have you set it u/changed the password on it?  From memory you can check the connection on:

Settings->Navigation->Connected Service

I think there is also a Bluetooth connection setting too.  Its only a guess but worth looking at.

You may have inadvertently touched the touchpad  and tried to get the in car wi fi system started.That needs  username and password.If it reappears,click on the return symbol to got out of it.

If it was functioning before, you could have changed something in your smartphone making some needed information no longer there.

If completely new, David could very well be correct.
