Matthew_McNally 1
Tony, I posted details of another LOC discount on insurance over in gold mate. The discount is with this company. very well regarded, and lots of people with modded cars are using them :winky:
Fargo 0
im now with flux..
Bazza 2
i can recommend adrian flux :) they were the only ones who would insure my work van in fact they were the only ones who had heard of it :duh: japanese imports on a commercial insurance they seem pretty clued up on mods will be trying them this year on the lex at the moment with hill house holland (specialist dept)
Steve 3,831
Adrian flux are ok.. but when it comes to mods they charge you an admin fee every time you declare anything. Last time I moaned and they let me off.. probably because they had business from this site and I mentioned this But I also heard (not 100%) that they do a policy that you can add as many mods to as long as you do not go above a certain BHP level Ask.. i am sure its Adrian Flux

Maz 0
Gave Adrian Flux a ring this morning, still waiting for them to ring back, wonder if it worth trying other company too? i got HIC, Liverpool Victoria, BHP and Performance Direct in mind.....
Zee007 2
Fluxy insured me again this year - and £100 quid cheaper than last year even though my mod list has increased.... They base prices on BHP (as Steve said).... Can't go wrong.... ;) Oh and Tony - don't worry about the list of mods, they have all the big cars (who have hundreds of mods) listed, so are used to dealing with them........ :)
ColinBarber 1,939
I take it the actual mods don't get insured then?

sorted avensis 0
Hi Maz, as said they ask for your bhp and the total cost of mod's plus the value of the car and work the quote of that. The mod's list that you need to fill in come's with the cover note and don't forget to have a few pic's handy just incase of the worse happening btw. The reason i'm posting over here is to let you know you will need to insure your I.C.E. seperatly with another specialist I.C.E. insurer as i have a rough idea of what you are having done and don't quote me on this but i think the Flux only cover you up to £500 for I.C.E. Not nice to find that one out afterward's eh Maz :yack:
Maz 0
Hi Ken, yes they did ask what bhp my is, i said around 230bhp, but they still hasnt ring me back... so who is best for ICE cover ken?
