Thats an understatement Aido, been getting dis-hearten by not being able to get the manifold, the rest of the top pipes were bad enough but the whole exhust needs to be dropped to give the required room for access to the lower manifold bolts, don't have access to ramps, only axle stands, Not high enough.

With some luck and a fair wind, the car will be done by the end of May or begining of June -

But the good thing that is coming out of this is I'm able to do some serious cleaning of the intake pipes and manifolds for the TT's, also do the odd bit respray and repairs of the rad and support brackets.

Also the car is being lowered while in for the repairs.

The car is being collected tomorrow by a recovery company to be trailered upto Ipswich for the repairs to begin. , hopefully there will not be too many problems on start up as the car has been sat without being moved or started since the begining of April.

Should be only a couple of days before the car will be ready, then a few days after this, to get a lift up there to collect her.

Have been looking forward to this day for months, so close now, I'm like an expectant father

The car is done, it's been lowered 40mm, also been decat'd as well. Good price as well - £450. Will take some piccs tomorrow once I finished driving, and Driving, and Driving

Not yet Mat, need to replace the upper ball joint first. But will be getting the tyres hopefully next month and may fit them to see what they like. Will also try getting the windows tinted next month as well, will be going easy for a while through, need to be sure everythnig is OK first before I put her on the rolling road in Nov.

Aido, thats all the joys of working Nights in an empty warehouse mate, no-one around on a Friday or Saturday N/S.

Have just rung Motorserv, they are unable to get the Blue Print Part as of yet, maybe in a months time but not yet, will need to carry on looking.

OK mate, maybe worth trying some other distributors that are on Blueprint's website or is it a general Blueprint problem?

Last time I was alone in a warehouse at a weekend I was in the airplane factory and had the skeleton keys, they had some right funky stuff!!!
