Scraping Noise!

Hey guys,

i got my new 19's fitted last week and last night i noticed a scraping sound from the rear wheels, it has also had its first 10,000 mile service!

Any idea what it could be?

the wheels and tyres are not touching any where, its like when the break pads are low?

they are only 225x35x19

sounds likely to be the wheels. my 18's scrape on full lock

i was told they are the correct off set of 114 et45 i think

could it be some fine gravel between the pads and discs as the wheels dont

touch the car anywhere if you know what i mean!

when do you get the scraping sound? is it just when you brake? drive slowly? pulling on and off the drive etc? when the car is turning/going straight?

going straight and i think its from the rear also the company that fitted them told me 20 mins ago that the wrong sprigit ring are on the wheels!

get that sorted then mate and see if it still happens, then we can start eliminating things.

you mean cuz of the spelling or you genuinly dont know?

should be "spigot ring"

those plastic rings that go inside the rim to make it hubcentric or whatever the word is!
