Welcome to LOC

If you have a look at the 'Knowledge base' as you enter the site, theres plenty of info on what to look out for.

As for colour and spec, it's down to personal choice really, theres nothing really to steer away from. Although with the IS, the SE model is more common than the S model.

Good luck with your choice, you won't be disappointed!

Cheers tony9r!

I like all the Lexus I have driven which include IS200 Sport GS300 SE and a Soarer 4LT GT

I just thought that there must be a model/colour thats a bit of of a  DOG  there is in most car ranges.

Are we saying that every colour/model is sought after?

Cheers

John

It really is down to preference........

Black is nice when clean.....keeping it that way is another matter!

Silver is popular...although to my thinking it is TOO popular now!

My personal pref is Blue and the graphite.

If you want to be different, go for the nice Yellow!!

Get whatever colour you feel happy with......... :driving:

The flat colours black or red give the best shine (opinion!) but are :tsktsk: to keep clean and also suffer stone chips worse...

The metallics/pearls have a clearcoat layer which helps the paint from chipping. Granite Sky (gunmetal/graphite) looks good all polished up
