Lexus IS200 "Coilovers"

"TEIN STREET 16/4"

The tein street have 16 Damping force adjustment & 4 lowering points. This is a very good setup for the IS200 , this setup would cost you about £600 NEW!

Plenty of people on the site have Teins. i think most seem to be pleased with them. Certainly a well recognised brand.

Yep i had them,i was riding on -50mm with stiffer sway bars and 18's.

thanks alot guys thanks for the welcome they easy to adjust? cause i noticed it said 4 lowering points but it has spring cups and it dosnt look like the adjustable nuts so u can lower it and raise it?

Are they adjustable as on the "SS" type?....should have 2 C spanner rings and adjustable damping settings on top of the mounts.

If not i wouldn't bother putting them on,as you obviously want a lower ride and these will only give a STD ride height.

But i could be wrong :winky:

a know haha emmm firstly lower it and get the front windows tinted, then blue flame exhaust system n set of 19's and boot spoiler and take it from there! gettin rid of my subaru impreza far far too gutsy on fuel haha

I saw that suspension set on fleabay as well, but when I searched on the Tein site I couldn't find any dampers that didn't have adjustable platforms don't know if they are maybe quite old now or something.

They do a 'basic damper' set which is £552.25
