Posted topic last night "New owner nasty shock" about being asked to pay £577 for a service on my IS200 which I bought in June. Didn't realise who looks at this site, got a call to-day from the service manager at Teesside after that call and a further call later in the morning I am now pleased to say that the service will be done free of charge, well done Teesside Lexus. Also Lexus Owners Club

Goes to show these sort of sites can be positive for both dealers and owners. Ive only ever good reports about Lexus Teeside and been most impressed with the dealings ive had with them to. Good result though buddy :D
